These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stillform website, publications, digital products and services. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Stillform creates books, journals, digital publications, educational resources and related products designed to encourage thoughtful learning and reflection.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

We aim to describe all products accurately. Colours, images and layouts may vary slightly depending on your device or print process.
We reserve the right to:

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).
Payment must be received before physical or digital products are supplied.
We use trusted third-party payment providers and do not store your payment card details.
5. Digital Products
When you purchase a digital publication, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that product.
Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not:
- share downloaded files with others
- upload them to file-sharing services
- reproduce or redistribute them
- resell or commercially exploit them
- modify and republish substantial parts of the content.
Purchases made by businesses or organisations remain licensed only to the purchasing organisation unless a separate licence agreement has been arranged.
6. Intellectual Property
All content published by Stillform, including text, graphics, branding, artwork, layouts, downloads and publications, remains the intellectual property of Stillform or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property.
7. User Content
If you submit reviews, comments or other content, you confirm that:
- you own the rights to what you submit or have permission to use it
- it is lawful and does not infringe another person’s rights
- it is not abusive, defamatory or misleading.
We may remove content that breaches these Terms.
8. Orders
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
- payment cannot be authorised
- fraudulent activity is suspected
- pricing errors have occurred
- products are unavailable.
If payment has already been taken, any refund due will be processed promptly.
9. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy.
Digital products supplied immediately after purchase are generally non-refundable once access or download has begun, except where required by UK consumer law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under UK consumer legislation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stillform shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
